Rep. Cuellar Helps Secure Nearly $2.1 Million for Summer Meal Reimbursements in Zapata County

Courtesy Dana Youngentob, Zapata, TX—U.S. Congressman Henry Cuellar (TX-28), announced $2,061,892.15 in federal funding for the reimbursement of summer meals for over 630 children in Zapata County. Last summer, Zapata County students received $1,329,021.89 worth of lunches and $732,870.26 worth of breakfasts through the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and the School Breakfast Program (SBP).
