Starting today, September 30 2009, the City of Laredo Public Works Division will begin milling Ireland and Columbia Drive to prepare for future resurfacing of the streets. The milling division will be working on the outer edges of the street and the streets will not be closed to through traffic. Ireland will be milled from US
