LISD to Hold Flu Vaccine Clinics

The Laredo Independent School District has scheduled flu vaccine clinics for LISD students. The LISD Health Service Department in conjunction with the City of Laredo Health Department is holding flu vaccine clinics at various campuses throughout the district.
Clinics will be held at the following campuses:
Bruni Elementary Thursday, November 4 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Macdonell Elementary Thursday, November 4 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Sanchez-Ochoa Elementary Friday, November 5 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Alma Pierce Elementary Friday, November 5 1:00 pm. To 3:00 p.m.
Each clinic site is only for students from that campus. LISD will continue to add clinics at
other campuses as the Health Department receives more doses of H1N1 vaccines.
The vaccines are free to all students through 18 years of age.
