Earlier this morning, U.S. Congressman Henry Cuellar announced the partnership between the City of Laredo, Veteran’s Administration Health Care System and the UT Health Science Center to build a veteran’s clinic in Laredo. Cuellar was instrumental in expanding primary health care services currently being offered.
