Rabies Clinics Offered by Health Department

Laredo, TX – The City of Laredo Health Department wants to remind the public that rabies continues to be a local threat. We currently hold two Rabies Clinics every month.  The first clinic is the first Wednesday of each month at from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and the second clinic is held every third Wednesday of each month at the Health Department from 7:00 to 8:00 pm. 

 WHEN:          August 4, 2010 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

                        August 18, 2010 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

WHERE:       2200 Zacatecas, Laredo, TX

                        Health Department, 2600 Cedar, Laredo, TX

WHY:            The city of Laredo is considered an endemic area for rabies, owners must be conscious of how important it is for them to vaccinate and protect not only their pets but also our community. 

 The cost for pet rabies vaccination is $12.00.
