Heat Announce 2010 Regular Season Schedule

The Laredo Heat Soccer Club will open their 2010 Premier Development League (PDL) Regular Season Campaign at home on Friday, April 30, 2010 against the Rio Grande Valley Bravos at the Texas A&M International University Soccer Complex. Kick-off for all Heat home games is set for 8:00 PM.
The Heat will once again compete in the PDL’s Southern Conference Mid-South Division along with the DFW Tornados, the El Paso Patriots, the Houston Leones, the Rio Grande Valley (RGV) Bravos and the West Texas United (WTU / Midland) Sockers.
After the opening game at home, the Gateway City club will then become road warriors with games in the Rio Grande Valley, Midland and Dallas. They will not return to play another home game until May 28th when they will host the El Paso Patriots.
This season, the Heat added a unique twist to their season as they will be travelling to Corpus Christi, TX in June to take on the two time Major League Soccer Cup Champion Houston Dynamo in the Ryan Sanders Shootout to be played at the home of the Houston Astros AA Affiliate Corpus Christi Hooks.
The match versus the Houston Dynamo will give the Heat players the opportunity to showcase their talents to an MLS coaching staff plus it will give the Coastal Bend soccer fans a game that will be diversified in terms of soccer styles.
