Students from St. Peter’s Memorial School, learned it is much more important to give than to receive, that is why, thanks to the assistance of StPMS Board of Director Member Javier Montemayor, Jr., these young students gave five bikes to needy children with perfect attendance at the Laredo Community College Little Palominos HeadStart Program.
“Christmas is a time of giving and sharing love and generosity with others, as our Lord gave Jesus as his most precious gift to the world,” said Dr. Mitchell. “Our children are leading by example.”
“I’m so happy to be able to give other children these wonderful bikes for Christmas,” said Alexandra Montemayor, age 5, K-5 student.
