City of Laredo Invites Community to Myke’s Purpose 5K Run/Walk

LAREDO, Texas – The City of Laredo and District 6 Council Member Dr. Tyler King invite members of the media and the community to attend the Myke’s Purpose 5K Run/Walk Press Conference, an event dedicated to raising awareness about overdose prevention while honoring lives affected by substance use.
The press conference will officially announce the upcoming Myke’s Purpose 5K Run/Walk and highlight the importance of education, prevention, support, and remembrance. Community leaders and organizers will share information about the event and encourage residents to unite behind a cause that promotes hope, compassion, and access to resources for individuals and families impacted by addiction.
