City of Laredo District 4 Council Member Ricardo “Rick” Garza to distribute Christmas gifts to elementary school students

Laredo, Texas – The City of Laredo and District 4 Council Member Ricardo “Rick” Garza invite members of the media to join in spreading holiday cheer as they visit six Laredo Independent School District elementary school campuses for the annual Christmas gift distribution on Wednesday, December 10, 2025.
The cherished District 4 tradition brings joy to many early childhood students during the holiday season. Council Member Garza will be making special deliveries to the following schools:
8:15 a.m. – Michael S. Ryan Elementary School (2401 Clark Blvd., Laredo, TX 78043)
9:00 a.m. – Clarence L. Milton Elementary School (2502 E Elm St., Laredo, TX 78043)
9:45 a.m. – Alma A. Pierce Elementary School (800 E Eistetter St., Laredo, TX 78041)
10:30 a.m. – Tomas Sanchez/Hermelinda Ochoa Elementary School (211 E Ash St., Laredo, TX 78040)
11:15 a.m. – Katherine F. Tarver Elementary School (3200 Tilden Ave., Laredo, TX 78040)
12:00 p.m. – Don Jose Gallego Elementary School (520 Clark Blvd., Laredo, TX 78040)
