City Informs of Temporary Lane Closure on Thomas Avenue

Laredo, Texas — The City of Laredo notifies the community of a temporary lane closure for the CBP Administrative Building Construction Project, to today Monday, October 27th, at 10:00 AM, along Thomas Avenue, on the northbound lane at the 5600 block. Work will take approximately fifteen (15) days for completion, weather permitting. Progress updates will be made available by the Building Development Services Division.
Motorists and pedestrians are advised to avoid the construction area entirely and to take alternate routes or exercise extreme caution when traveling through the site. Residents are urged to adhere to all posted traffic control signs and devices to ensure the safety of all citizens and minimize traffic congestion in the affected area.
