(Laredo, Texas)-Laredo College and H-E-B partner to empower employees to ‘seguir adelante’It is no secret that bilingualism is a powerful tool among border communities. As daily lives are ingrained with U.S. and Mexican culture, Laredo College and H-E-B continue their partnership to empower H-E-B Partners through the Adelante Program, an initiative designed to strengthen interpersonal communication skills.
Since its inception, 10 H-E-B Partners have completed the program and have been equipped with stronger communication skills and the confidence to strive for future leadership opportunities.“
