LAREDO, TX— The City of Laredo Mayor, Dr. Victor D. Trevino, and the Laredo Council proudly recognized Miss Ivanna Rosell for her remarkable commitment to community service through her ongoing volunteer work and advocacy efforts. Since 2022, Ivanna has been a dedicated volunteer with Allie’s Bird Project, crafting handmade items to support families of newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Laredo. In June 2024, inspired by her personal journey as a premature baby, Ivanna co-founded “Heartbeats of Hope” alongside her mother, advocating for awareness and support for premature infants and their families.

Ivanna’s 2024 achievements include completing approximately 80 hours of volunteer service and using her role as Junior Miss Texas All American Miss 2024 to amplify local causes. Her community engagement extends to supporting organizations like Communities in Schools and Laredo Crime Stoppers and participating as a special guest at community events, where she is recognized for her academic success, dedication, and leadership.

As she continues to advocate for premature infants and community causes, Ivanna Rosell remains a shining example of youth-led service and compassion. The City of Laredo applauds her achievements and looks forward to witnessing her continued impact as a leader and advocate.
