Gilberto “Gilbert” Aguilar Jr. Announces Bid for UISD Trustee District 1

(Laredo, Texas)-Gilbert Aguilar Jr. has announced his bid for UISD Trustee District 1. Gilbert Aguilar is the current Trustee for District 1. Mr. Aguilar is a law enforcement officer working as a Webb County Sheriff Deputy. He is a graduate of Lyndon B. Johnson High School graduating in 2006. Mr. Aguilar continued his education receiving a Bachelor in Science Degree with a Minor in Special Education.
Gilbert Aguilar Jr.’s continued focus will be on a strong student educational system with a hands on emphasis on school safety for students as well as school staffing.
District 1 includes the areas of THE CITY OF RIO BRAVO, SANTA RITA SUBDIVISION, SANTA FE SUBDIVISION, COLLEGE HEIGHTS (LAREDO COLLEGE IN SOUTH LAREDO), THE CITY OF EL CENIZO, CIELITO LINDO SUBDIVISION, AND RIVER HILL SUBDIVISION.
