(Laredo, Texas)-A solid team effort led by Suga Show’s top three big men kept them in the game to keep their play-off hope alive improving their record to 4-3 as they beat the Dos Marias Basketball Team by a score of 79-68 on Thursday night. Suga’s big three Jonathan Bravo, Louie Ibarra and Jerry Garcia had a combined total of 54 points hauling in an impressive 50 rebounds combined on both ends of the court.
Josue Casarez sinks in two 3-point shots while keeping the Dos Maria’s offense at bay in the forefront of the court as the Dos Maria’s offense had a hard time getting thru Casarez’ hard-edged defense.
Leonardo Campos adds three points of his own while playing great defense and Joshwa Palacios contributes his defensive prowless frustrating his opponents at key moments of the game.
Former United South Basketball standout Jesus Chuy Treviño continues to score points as he adds four to Suga’s scoreboard showing his legendary brilliance both on offense and defense.
Jesus Chuy Cisneros comes in during the first half of the game playing giving his team his best on the defensive end of the court while Evelio Rodriguez played his tough as nails defense as Suga managed to walk out on the winning end of the scoreboard.
Anthony Merino finishes his evening with 12 total points.
Suga Show inches closer to a potential fourth playoff spot in four seasons of team play.
