City of Laredo & District 7 to Host Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony of New Amenities at Father McNaboe Park

LAREDO, TX— The City of Laredo and Council Member for District 7, Vanessa Perez, invite the community and media to the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly constructed Father McNaboe Park Basketball Courts and other amenities. The event will take place on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at 9:00 AM at Father McNaboe Park, 201 Zebu Ct.
The project consists of the construction of a metal roof and column structure, installed over the existing reinforced concrete basketball court, the installation of lights, wire mesh to control the migration of birds, four official basketball backboards, eight practice basketball backboards, permanent chain-link fence, painting of structure, new flooring, new public restrooms, and water fountains.
