McAllen Passport Division to Host Saturday Hours

McAllen passport officials encourage everyone to apply for passport book or card on this day
(McAllen, Texas)-The City of McAllen Passport Division Facility will be open on Saturday, June 8 and Saturday, June 22, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the City of McAllen Passport Facility, located in the Downtown Parking Garage at 221 S. 15th St.
“Passport processing times vary depending on the volume and we want to make sure that anyone wishing to travel has their required documents on time,” said Yasminda Garza, Passport Facility Administrator.
Appointments are not required for the day and while walk-ins are accepted on a first-come first-serve basis, McAllen passport officials strongly encourage appointments to avoid long wait times. To schedule an appointment, please call (956) 681-1450. Walk-ins are also reminded of the new check-in procedure when arriving at the Passport Division.
Parking is available at the McAllen Downtown Parking Garage. Parking rates are $1 for the first hour and $.50 for every hour after.
