(Laredo, Tx)-Ringo Starr and his All-Star Band will be performing at the Payne Arena in Hidalgo, Texas on Saturday June 8th. The band lineup includes Ringo Starr former Beatles drummer, Warren Ham of Kansas abd Toto, Edgar Winter of the Edgar Winter Group, Steve Lukather of Toto, Hamish Stuart of Average White Band, Colin Hay of Men at Work, and Jazz and Rock drummer Gregg Bissonette.
