Laredo, Texas — The City of Laredo contracted Professional Account Management (PAM), L.L.C. to collect delinquent parking fines and fees. PAM will begin collecting parking citations older than 90 days and delinquent payment plans. For collection payments, the community can visit www.pamcollections.com.
