DANIEL BERNAL CHARGED WITH AGRAVATED SEXUAL ASSAULT

The Office of the District Attorney’s Special Victims Unit presented criminal cases to the Grand Jury of the 406th District Court yesterday and reports the following indictment:
Defendant Daniel Bernal is charged with one count of Aggravated Sexual Assault, a first degree felony with a punishment range of 5 to 99 years or Life in prison. He is charged with having penetrated the anus of a male child under the age of fourteen. Bernal is also charged with one count of Displaying of Harmful Material to Minor, a Class A misdemeanor.
