Laredo, Texas – The City of Laredo has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore the quality of the water distributed by the public water system used for drinking and human consumption. As of Tuesday, July 13, 2021, at 4:00 PM, the City has provided TCEQ with laboratory test results that indicate the water no longer requires boiling prior to drinking. The Health Department laboratory reported all samples were negative for total coliform organisms. These steps met compliance and allow the Boil Water Notice to be rescinded.
