City of Laredo Announces Additional Flight to Mexico City Departing from LRD

LAREDO, Texas—The Laredo International Airport (LRD) has announced that Mexican airline, AEROMAR, will be adding a fourth weekly Mexico City nonstop flight to its current offering. Effective on Saturday, June 5, 2021, the additional flight will depart Mexico City International Airport (MEX) at 8:00 AM and arrive at Laredo International Airport (LRD) at 10:40 AM. The return flight will depart from LRD at 11:35 AM and arrive in MEX at 2:10 PM, enabling convenient connections to a wide array of domestic and international destinations. Tickets are now available for purchase at www.aeromar.mx. Through the Aeromar website, all interested travelers can learn more about COVID-19 related safety guidelines.
The Laredo authorities extend their open invitation for all travelers coming from Mexico to visit the Gateway City and to protect their health. The vaccine against COVID-19 is widely available and travelers can reserve their vaccination appointments in numerous establishments, such as independent pharmacies and grocery stores.
Currently, Laredo, Texas has the MODERNA, PFIZER, and JOHNSON & JOHNSON vaccines available, but the utmost recommendation is for travelers to research online, ahead of their trip, to find the preferred vaccine and the location which carries it.
