Subjects Arrested For Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon

On Thursday Sept.17, 2009 Laredo Police responded to the 4700 blk of Arias Ct. for a person with a gun call. While patrol officers were enroute the caller advised there were 2 male subjects and 3 juveniles inside the residence. Caller stated that one of the subjects had a weapon. Moments later the subjects left the area in a white S.U.V. before officers arrived. A lookout was placed and after a brief search the vehicle was found at 4700 blk of Chibcha Cts. Suspects were apprehended and charged with Aggravated Assault w/Deadly Weapon F/2, Burglary of Habitation F/1 and Engage in Organized Crime F/1. The 2 male subjects were remanded to Webb County Jail pending magistration. The 3 juveniles were transported to the Webb County Juvenile Detention Center. The 2 male subjects were later identified as Rodrigo Garcia 17yrs. 06/23/92 and Tomas Garcia 40yrs. 03/31/69.
