(Laredo, Texas)-The L.B. Johnson High School 9th Grade Campus library staff observed National Custodian Day on October 2. Custodial workers operate behind the scenes, and are often under-appreciated for the hard work they do day after day. Custodians are the personnel keeping schools, hospitals, office buildings, museums, churches, and other buildings clean, sanitary and well-maintained.
At United ISD, they also contribute to good first impressions as well as to the safety and well-being of all students and employees. “ Our head custodian, Nelly Reyes, and her team keep our campus in tip-top shape and are working extra hard to keep everyone healthy during this very challenging time. We are grateful to have such a wonderful and dedicated Johnson Strong custodial staff” said Analine Johnson, campus librarian.
