(Laredo, Texas)-Recently, the Parenting Partners initiative at United Middle School graduated thirteen parents who completed the requisite six-week Positive Parenting course. The classes taught skill sets that help parents enhance their child’s education and personal growth. The Districts’ Federal Programs Department administers the UISD Parenting Partners initiative
