Indecent Exposure Suspect Arrested Again!

Daniel Moncivais was arrested today on charges of Indecent Exposure C/B. The incident related to this arrest stems from August 31, 2009. The suspect’s neighbor reported that Daniel Moncivais was throwing rocks at her window while being completely naked and committing a lewd act in the process. The incident took place at 5 in the morning. The case was under investigation when on September 02, 2009 the same exact act occurred at 3 am. Police found Moncivais completely naked in his backyard and arrested on the spot. On 9/11/09 Daniel Moncivais was arrested by LPD warrant officers on charges of Indecent Exposure c/b (warrant number 1506). Mr. Moncivais is being held on a $10,000 bond set by Justice of the Peace Oscar R. Liendo.
