Mayor Raul Salinas was on hand Friday at one of the local Senior Retirement Home to help in the celebration of Sra. Franicsca “Panchita” Martinez 98th Birthday Party. Sra. ‘Panchita’ (affectionately called by family & friends) Martinez was delighted to have a ‘baile de dolar’ dance with the Mayor as they took a spin around the dance floor, the Mayor also recognized ‘Panchita’ with a City Certificate that read
