8th Grader of the Month for December 2018

Carmen Rendon,(Laredo, Texas)-Ten United ISD 8th graders were among those recognized as outstanding students for December 2018. The top-performing students were honored for their academic excellence, participating in projects that benefit our community and being excellent role models. This month’s recognition ceremony was hosted by George Washington Middle School. The program is sponsored in part by Friends of the Family, KGNS-TV, Family Nissan, Telemundo, Laredo Emergency Room, Rosaura ‘Wawi” Tijerina, Attorney at Law, and the Laredo Police Department.
