McAllen Public Library Announces South Texas Book Festival

McAllen Public Library launches its fifth annual book festival with an exciting name change: South Texas Book Festival (STBF). Formerly known as McAllen Book Festival, the South Texas Book Festival will take place on November 10, 2018 at the McAllen Public Library, 4001 N. 23rd Street, from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The festival is free and open to the public and will feature a diverse group of national, regional and local authors who will participate in readings and panel discussions.
Join the McAllen Public Library, Friends of the Library and Library Advisory Board at an exciting press conference this Friday where authors will be announced and other exciting event details will be reviewed.
The event is expressly organized for children, teens, and their families. Participants may purchase books and have them personalized by festival authors.
