Salvador Garcia Middle School Celebrates Special Athletes

(Laredo, Texas)-In conjunction with the recent Area 21 Special Olympics, Salvador Garcia Middle hosted a ceremony to honor their FLS students who would participate in this years’ games. Each received their own crown, torch, olympic rings and medals.Special guests included FLS Teacher; Mrs. M. Tello, U. I. S. D. Executive Director to Middle Schools; Mr. D. Canales, Human Resource Coordinators: Mrs. E. Burrier, Ms. Carla Rivera. Mr. Armando and Galo Garcia, brother and son of the late Salvador Garcia, School Principal Mrs. C. Gamez and librarian Ms. L. Korrody.
