Cande Rodrguez III a strong supporter and contributor to LaredoBuzz.Com celebrates his 13th Birthday today July 4, 2009. Cande is an outstanding student at Cigarroa Middle School he will be traveling to Washington and New York this Monday on a school field trip. Rodriguez is one of only six students that will be traveling accompanied by their teacher the group orginally started with forty students. Candelario Rodgriguez is the son of Cande and Mary Rodriguez. Happy Birthday Cande Rodriguez III from your friends and family.
