Laredo Police Pull Over Uhual Loaded with Narcotics

On Friday, April 26, the Laredo Police Department conducted a traffic stop at the 5600 block of San Bernardo on a U-Haul truck. After asking the driver a few routine questions the officer noted the driver was hesitant to answer of his account of where the truck was heading. Subsequently, A K-9 Officer responded to the scene and after running the K-9 around the vehicle the K-9 alerted to the presence of narcotics in the truck. LPD narcotics division Investigators and Patrol Officers were able to recover; 13.2 Lbs of cocaine worth an estimated $172,828.00 street value and 138 Lbs of Meth worth an estimated $1,713,587.00
