(Laredo, Tx)- Nine outstanding United Independent School District 8th graders were recently honored at the “8th Grader of the Month” ceremony sponsored by Laredo Family Nissan, Laredo Medical Center , KGNS, CW, Telemundo, and the City of Laredo Police Department. U.S. Border Patrol Chief Robert L. Harris served as the guest speaker at the event. School administrators, family, and friends gathered to see their loved one receive an award for their academic achievements and student leadership.
