UHS Student To Play Volleyball for LCC Palominos

“THATS A WAY TO SPIKE IT!” United High School student athlete Amabeli Fernandez says “thank you” to UHS Head Volleyball Coach Leticia Longoria and her parents as she signs a full scholarship to play for the Laredo Community College Palominos Volleyball Team. Present at the scholarship signing ceremony was her family, as well as, teammates. Fernandez currently plays on the school’s varsity team and is going to play the “outside hitter” position at LCC upon her graduation from UHS June 8, 2013.
