(Laredo, Tx)-City of Laredo officials and administrators were on hand to celebrate the groundbreaking ceremony for the soon to be expanded South Laredo Waste Water Treatment Plant. Present at the official groundbreaking ceremony were (L to R): City of Laredo Utilities Director Tomas Rodriguez; Assistant City Manager Jesus Olivares; Camp, Dresser, McKee Client Service Manager Eduardo Parra; Dist. III Cm. Alex Perez, Jr.; Mayor Raul G. Salinas; City Manager Carlos Villarreal; Dist. IV Cm. Juan Narvaez; Dist. VII Cm. Jorge Vera; Asst. Dir. Of Utilities Carl Schwing; CDM Area Manager Mike Watson; and Utilities Waste Water Superintendent Jose Chavarria.
