LISD campuses close for Staff Development

Laredo Independent School District campuses will be closed today Monday, October 8, for staff development training. LISD administration, faculty, and staff will report to work on for their required staff development training.
However, there will be no classes for students today due to staff development training. Students will resume their regular schedules tommorrow Tuesday, October 9.
Also, as part of LISD’s commitment to Health and Wellness and in observance of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, LISD employees will participate in a staff development walk. The walk will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at designated campus and department sites.
The LISD Administration Offices and the LISD Tax Office will remain open. The Tax Office is located at 904 Juarez Ave. and will be open during regular business hours, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
