US 83 Night Work and Alternating Lane Closures

LAREDO, TX- Weather permitting beginning on Monday, Aug. 20, 2012 through Friday, Aug. 24, 2012 between 9 PM and 6 AM, alternating lane closures will be in effect for US 83 between I-35 Frontage Road and the US 83-SH 359 Interchange (3 Points). Mill and inlay work will commence west of Zacate Creek on the US 83 Matamoros and Houston Streets portion.
Mill and inlay work will continue east of Zacate Creek on the US 83 Guadalupe-Chihuahua Streets portion the following week. .
The traveling public should prepare to stop and merge to open lane.
Please observe all advanced warning traffic signs, road markings and channelization devices in and around the work area.
