Laredo, TX – – HIV/AIDS remains a serious health issue especially for women and Latinos. In order to increase awareness and promote prevention to reduce the risk of exposure and infection, specifically on the Texas-Mexico Border; the City of Laredo Health Department in recognition of National HIV Testing Day will be providing free and confidential HIV Rapid testing on Saturday June 27, 2009.
