Stabbing Arrests Made

At approximately 9:50 pm while on routine patrol an LPD officer saw a man lying in his front lawn bleeding. The officer called it in and medical personnel arrived to attend the wounded victim. There were two juvenile stabbed repeatedly in a vicious knife attack from two assailants. Apparently two men in their 20’s arrived at the home of the victims and confronted the two minors with physical assault. One victim was stabbed approximately 7 times. Police got a vehicle description and stopped the vehicle driven by the assailants on McDonnell Street. Suspects Lucio Gamino age 21 and Jesus Hernandez age 23 were arrested wearing bloodied clothes from the assault. The two victims were in stable yet serious condition at LMC. The two assailants were booked and charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon F/2. No bond.
