Loop 20 Center Median Work at Spur 400

LAREDO, Tx – On Monday, November 7, 2011, Gilmar Construction Co. will commence work on Loop 20 southbound at Spur 400 (Clark Blvd.) to facilitate the modification of the center median and realignment of the southbound Loop 20 left turn lane to Spur 400. Traffic control for the execution of this work will begin at 9:00 p.m. and conclude by 6 am during weekdays starting November 7, 2011. All work for this project is scheduled for completion by November 18.
Both Loop 20 north- and southbound inside lanes at said intersection will be closed during work times.
Therefore, motorists should slow down, prepare to merge right to open lane, and drive with extreme caution, keeping a watchful eye for work crews. The traveling public should all observe all advance warning signs, road markings and channelization devices in and around the work area.
