TIRE CLEAN-UP CAMPAIGN

Webb County, TX- Webb County Judge Danny Valdez, Commissioner Rosaura “Wawi” Tijerina, the Webb County Road and Bridge Department, in conjunction with the USDA Natural Resource Conservation District, and Rio Bravo RC & D, Inc will be conducting a tire clean-up campaign on Saturday, August 13th from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Santa Teresita Community Center located at 15014 US Highway 59.
Webb County Judge Danny Valdez and Commissioner Rosaura “Wawi” Tijerina will be rolling up their sleeves this week as they join forces with the County Road and Bridge Department and the USDA Natural Resource Conservation District to conduct a tire clean-up campaign at the Santa Teresita Community Center.
“I’m really excited to be participating in this joint effort,” said Judge Valdez. “This clean-up campaign will give the residents living in the area an opportunity to beautify their area by getting rid of unwanted tires.”
The clean-up campaign will take place Saturday, August 13th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Santa Teresita Community Center located at 15014 U.S. Highway 59.
Only consumer tires will be accepted.
