IH 35 DC 7 Ramp Closure

LAREDO – On Saturday, July 9, 2011 at 12 p.m., Anderson Columbia, Inc. will close the IH 35 northbound entrance ramp to DC (direct connector) #7 of the Milo Interchange (IH 35-Loop 20) for approximately two hours for mill and inlay road work. NOTE – DC7 takes northbound IH 35 main lane traffic over IH 35 main lanes to merge with westbound Loop 20 main lanes.
Detour: Motorists wishing continued travel to westbound Loop 20 toward World Trade Bridge must take exit ramp #8A, located immediately past the DC 7 entrance ramp, to the IH 35 northbound frontage road-Loop 20 intersection below IH 35 mainlanes. Thereafter, traffic may turn left to access entrance ramp to Loop 20 westbound.
The traveling public should all observe all advance warning signs, road markings and channelization devices in and around the work area.
Starting Monday, July 11, 2011, Anderson Columbia, Inc. will begin night time operations for IH 35 entrance and exit ramp mill and inlay work. Details will be forthcoming.
