Clean Up Operations on SH 359-Loop 20-BU 35

LAREDO, Tx – Effective today, July 6, 2011 at 3 p.m., Cox Paving Company will perform day time clean up operations and spot repairs on BU 35 ( San Bernardo Ave. ). In addition, the contractor will be performing clean up operations on SH 359 and Loop 20 at the stated limits: SH 359 from Chacon Creek Bridge to 1.0 mile east of Loop 20; Loop 20 from SH 359 to US 83 South ( Zapata Highway ). Clean up work will continue until 6 a.m.
As a result, the traveling public will experience alternating lane closures at these locations. Motorists should prepare to slow down, merge to open lane(s) and observe all advanced warning signs, road markings and channelization devices in and around the work area.
