Alternating lane closures on IH 35 NBFR & FM 1472 SB

LAREDO – Effective today, December 3, 2010, the traveling public can expect alternating lane closures on IH 35 northbound frontage road (NBFR) (San Dario Ave.) from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and FM 1472 (Mines Rd.) southbound from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
- IH 35 northbound frontage road (NBFR) (San Dario Ave.) road work takes place 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. from Del Mar Blvd. to Shiloh Drive.
- FM 1472 (Mines Rd.) southbound road work takes place 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. starting approximately 8 miles south of FM 1472-SH 255 junction for six miles south.
Work will be performed in a moving operation fashion. Therefore, the traveling public should slow down, proceed with extreme caution and prepare to merge to open lanes.
Please observe advanced warning signs, road markings and channelization devices in and around the work area.
