LAREDO, Texas – City of Laredo Mayor Dr. Victor D. Treviño and District 5 Council Member Ruben Gutierrez Jr. invite residents to attend a Town Hall Meeting on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, focused on water-related issues affecting the area.
The Town Hall will provide residents with an opportunity to hear updates, ask questions, and discuss their concerns directly with Mayor Dr. Treviño, Council Member Gutierrez, and representatives from the City of Laredo Utilities Department.
City officials and Utilities staff will be available to provide information and address questions from residents in District 5 regarding water service and related concerns.
