District 4 Council Member Ricardo “Rick” Garza to host Town Hall Meeting

LAREDO, Texas – City of Laredo District 4 Council Member Ricardo “Rick” Garza and the Utilities Department invite residents and members of the media to attend a Town Hall meeting on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, to receive the latest updates on the Jefferson Water Transmission Line Project and the ongoing work along Kearney Street.
The meeting will provide an overview of the project’s current status, upcoming pressure testing and water line connections, the anticipated paving schedule for Kearney Street, and expected traffic impacts during the remaining phases of construction. Residents will also have the opportunity to ask questions and receive updates directly from the Utilities Department.
