LAREDO, Texas – Various lane closures will be in effect for the State Loop (SL) 20 southbound (SB) mainlanes between Spur 400 (Clark Blvd.) and the State Highway 359 interchange in order to allow paving work. SL 20 SB mainlanes traffic will be redirected to open lanes or the newly constructed southbound frontage road over the Kansas City Southern (KCS) railroad tracks. The lane closures will take place from Monday Feb 11th through Friday the 15th from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m
Motorists should slow down, merge to open lane(s) and drive with extreme caution while looking out for the safety of construction crews.
