UISD Police Presents Football Tournament Profits to District’s Partner For Scholars Program

(Laredo, Texas)-The United ISD Police Department presented a check in the amount of $15,000 to the United ISD Partners For Scholars Program. The money was raised from the annual ” Defending Our Badge,” Flag Football Tournament from the last 6 years.
UISD ‘s ” The Good Guys ” police football team took first place this year and we’re proud to attend the press conference. The annual flag football tournament raises funds for UISD partners for scholars, who grant scholarships to graduating seniors from each of the four secondary schools in the district.
