LaredoBuzz.Com and Friends Host the 9th Annual Back to School Supply Distribution

(Laredo, Texas)-LaredoBuzz.com and friends once again hosted the Back to School Supply Distribution that takes place in South Laredo in which free school supplies are distributed by sponsors to families who attend the event. This is the 9th year that LaredoBuzz.Com organizes the event that this year took place at the Peter Piper location on Zapata Hwy. The event’s location originally was Mariscos El Pescador which was the site for the first three years the first event took place in 2009.

This year’s event sponsors included County Court at Law Judge Victor Villareal, The Laredo Phantasy Women’s Football Team, Guerra Communications, Cricket Communications, The Renegades of Wrestling, City Council Member District 2 Vidal Rodriguez, Laredo College Trustee and United South Librarian Jackie L. Ramos, Office Depot, Peter Piper Pizza, The Webb County Sheriff’s Department, Justice of the Peace Ramiro Veliz Jr. and Staff, The Laredo Heat Soccer Team, The Tecolotes of Los Dos Laredos, Municipal Court Candidate Rudy Morales, Kool Smiles Dentistry, GLZ Entertainment, and Municipal Court Judge Candidate Nathan Chu.

The event draws families from South Laredo from El Chacon and Santo Niño neighborhoods as well as surrounding areas which include Las Presas, Rio Bravo, Texas, and El Cenizo, Texas over 550 children attended the event along with their parents.
