Webb County Commissioner’s Court Appoints New Risk Management Adminstrator

(Laredo, Texas)The Webb County Commissioners Court has named Pedro F. Alfaro as Risk Management Administrator.
Alfaro will be responsible for overseeing the county’s health insurance administration and will also be in charge of risk issues and safety for the county. He has worked for 25 years in the insurance industry particularly with workman’s compensation.
He has a medical degree in medicine from the Universidad de Monterrey and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Rice University.
