Borchers Elementary Student Wins Region 16 Category in Take Care of Texas Art Contest

(Laredo, Texas)-Carolina Gonzalez -Ayala, a Borchers Elementary 4th grade student and member of the campus’ Earth Club was this year’s Region 16 winner in the Take Care of Texas art contest. She was presented with a Samsung tablet and a Certificate of Recognition from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
